Abstract

تسعى الدول للحفاظ على استقرارها باعتمادها على سياسات تنموية، تهدف إلى الحد من الفقر والقضاء على البطالة، باعتبارهما من العناصر الأساسية لقيام الانتفاضات. إن تحقيق التنمية المنصفة، يفرض على الدول إعادة النظر في حوكمة التنمية من خلال معالجة المسائل المتعلقة بتعزيز التزامها بالسياسات من جهة وتعزيز التنسيق وتشجيع التعاون من جهة أخرى سعيا منها للوصول إلى سلم دائم. وعليه سيناقش هذا المقال أثر التنمية على السلم انطلاقا من البعد التنموي للانتفاضات مرورا بدور التنمية المنصفة في إحلال السلام بعد الصراع.The stability of each state guaranteed by the adopting development policies. It aims to decrease poverty and eradicate unemployment as they are the principal elements of an uprising. This paper will discuss the impact of development on peace using dimensional development of uprisings and the role of the equitable development in post-conflict peace establishment. The performance of an equitable development achieves lasting peace. It requires states to reconsider development governance by petitioning issues related to progressing their policy commitment, improving coordination and encouraging cooperation.
