Abstract

يعتبر موضوع البيئة ومشاكلها من ابرز مواضيع االقرن الحالي، حيث تعد من أهم القضايا على المستوى الداخلي، وقد انتقلت مسألة حماية البيئة من المستوى الداخلي إلى المستوى الخارجي عندما أيقن العالم بأسره أن هناك بيئة واحدة يتشارك فيها الجميع، وبالتالي أصبحت المشاكل البيئة مسالة عالمية يحاول المجتمع الدولي إيجاد حلول لها. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية للوقوف على الآليات الدولية المختلفة لمواجهة مختلف التهديدات البيئية، والمتمثلة أساسا في المنظمات الدولية والتي تعتبر هيئة الأمم المتحدة أبرز هذه المنظمات من خلال الدور الذي تلعبه في حماية البيئة من خلال المؤتمرات التي نظمتها والاتفاقيات التي ترتبت عنها والوكالات المتخصصة التابعة لها، كما تلعب المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية دور مهم في هذا المجال. Environment and its problems are considered as one of the major topics of this century; since they are one of the most important issues at the internal level. Moreaver, environmental protection has shifted from internal level to external level when the world realized that they all share one environment. Therefore, environment issues have become an internationale issue which the whole world tries to find solution to it. This thesis (essay) has for objective to focus on the different international mechanisms to face the different environmental threats which are basically international organization. The United Nations Organization (UNO) is the most important organization that plays a major role in the protection of the environment by organizing conference and the conventions which they come up with.as well as its specialized agencies besides non governmental international organizations play an important role in this field.
