إعادة الصلاة في الوقت عند المالكية

Abstract

المطالع لكتب المذهب وخاصة "المختصر النافع" للعلامة خليل بن إسحاق وشروحه، يلاحظ فروعا في باب الصلاة أفتى فيها الإمام مالك بن أنس رحمه الله وتلاميذه، ومنهم تلميذه وحافظ مذهبه عبد الرحمن بن القاسم، بالإعادة في الوقت. وقد سار شراح مختصر خليل في غالبهم على طريقة صاحب المختصر، فكان هدفهم تقريب المذهب وتوضيحه دون التعرض للتدليل والتعليل. هذا المقال محاولة لجمع هذه الفروع وردها إلى أصولها على ما بينه أهل العلم والتحقيق والاستنباط من علماء المذهب.
