| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم درجة رضا المرضى بالمستشفيات الجزائرية عن الخدمات الصحية التي تقدمها. وذلك من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من المرضى بالمستشفى الجامعي لولاية سطيف والتي تكونت لدى إقامتهم بمختلف أقسامه للوقوف على أوجه القصور المحتمل استخلاصها. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك اتجاه عام نحو عدم الرضا الكلي للمرضى المقيمين بالمستشفى محل الدراسة. This study aims at evaluating the patients' satisfaction degree in the Algerian hospitals. For this study, a questionnaire was administered for the patients of the University Hospital of Setif to collect their opinions which have been formed during their residence in the hospital. The results show that there was a general trend towards total dissatisfaction with the patients. |
