Abstract

لقد حدد المشرع الجزائري مجموعة كبيرة من الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي تمارس في السوق من قبل الأعوان الاقتصاديين التي يتعين تسجيلها في السجل التجاري كإجراء لتنظيم ممارستها بصورة قانونية في إطار المنافسة الحرة والنزيهة وذلك من خلال مدونة الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي تعتبر من أهم الأدوات القانونية التي تدخل في تسيير النظام القانوني للسجل التجاري والتي تعرض بدقة النشاطات التجارية والاقتصادية التي تستوجب ممارستها القيد في السجل التجاري، حيث تم تقسيم هذه الأنشطة ضمن ثلاث فئات: الإنتاج، التوزيع والخدمات بالإضافة لأنشطة اقتصادية مستحدثة كنشاطات الاستيراد والصناعات التقليدية الحرفية والصيد البحري، الصفقات العمومية والتجارة الالكترونية.
